EVESHAM WAREHOUSE ACQUISITION

MK2 has acquired a warehouse investment in Evesham on behalf of a retained prop co.

The warehouse is let to Virgin Media Ltd, which recently renewed its lease, demonstrating its commitment to the unit and the location.

MK2's MarkRooke advised the purchaser. He said: “This is another great asset that complements our client’s portfolio, and it was a pleasure to work with like-minded people who were focused on getting the deal done.”
