DeterTech HQ, Telford

MK2's Building Consultancy team acted as project manager on the fit-out of DeterTech's new headquarters on Pioneer Park, Telford. After taking occupation of the newly constructed industrial unit, MK2 provided design guidance in shaping the brief, compiling the employers required and managing the tender process.

DeterTech required an extension to the existing offices, the construction of new laboratories and a bomb-blast protected room in case of an emergency. MK2 led the design team throughout the project, providing financial advice and managing the appointed contractor during the construction phase. The final result was a new headquarters for DeterTech to continue its growth and expansion.
