MK2 were instructed by Aegean Heritage to act on their behalf in relation to the February 2019 rent review in their lease of c.12,000 sq ft. Following negotiations with the Landlord's agent, MK2 delivered an annual saving of £10,000 from the Landlord's initial proposal (11%).
Following instructions from UPS, MK2 successfully advised in relation to the August 2015 rent review in the lease of their 140,000 sqft distribution centre at Cross Point Business Park in Coventry. Following detailed negotiations with the landlord’s agent, MK2 delivered a saving of £131,500 pa (14%) from the landlord’s initial proposal.
