Copcut Park Achieves Practical Completion

Following the acquisition of Copcut Park by St Johns Property High Income Fund – advised by MK2’s Mark Rooke – our building consultancy team was appointed project monitor by the new landlord.

Hinton Group Ltd’s Design & Build arm has now handed over the Droitwich roadside retail development.

Ian Wilton, who heads our building consultancy team, said: “It’s great to achieve PC at Copcut – on time and on budget - ready for tenants Sainsbury’s and Costa Coffee to take possession.”
