COLESHILL MANOR REFURBISHMENT

MK2 advised on the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Coleshill Manor. Acting as Contract Administrator, the project included Cat A landlord works as well as Cat B occupier works for Regus.

Works included repairs to the roof and stone features, new flooring, LED lighting and the installation of ventilation and boiler systems.
