MK2 successfully advised Pirelli Tyres in relation to the June 2016 rent review in the lease of their 360,000 sqft national distribution centre adjacent to the A38 dual carriageway in Barton Under Needwood, Staffordshire. Following detailed negotiations with the landlord’s agent MK2 delivered a significant saving of £289,000 pa (13%) from the landlord’s initial proposal.
