MK2 acted on behalf of the Landlord and renewed the lease to Tesco for a 15 year term with a tenant break option in year 10. The unit extends to approximately 3,000 sq ft.

MK2 have also renewed the lease to Savers for a 5 year term. The unit extends to approximately 2,200 sq ft. The December 2019 rent review on the c.12,000 sq ft Iceland unit was also completed.
