Acting on behalf of a property company, MK2 Real Estate have been appointed to manage Bromsgrove Retail Park, Bromsgrove.

The property comprises 5 units totalling approximately 55,000 sq ft with over 200 parking spaces. MK2 provided advice with the mobilisation of the service charge at the property including setting the service charge for the retail park and implementing security and parking controls.  Contracts for services on site were competitively tendered with local suppliers
