MK2 Building Consultancy prepared a Planned Maintenance Plan (PMP) for a 4-acre site at one of the largest business parks within the area, which included providing budgetary costs for repairs and maintenance over a 10 year period. This includes items such as the condition of the roads, lighting and maintenance buildings throughout the site in order to give our client realistic annual costs anticipated to help them better plan capital expenditure.
