Aylestone Road, Leicester

Acting on behalf of the Landlord, National Grid, MK2 advised on the 1 June 2017 rent review of the British Gas Training Centre, Car Park and Gas Museum. The site consisted of a call centre, training facility, exhibition space, warehousing and a grade II listed gas museum. In total it extended to over 190,000 sq ft. A total uplift of 33% was agreed across the whole site.
