MK2 have successfully advised David Samuel Property on the sale of Building 10.1 Technology Drive, Beeston, Nottingham for £10,825,000 (Ten Million Eight Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Pounds) to a private investor.  The modern out of town office building extends to 42,915 sq ft and is let to Atos IT Services UK Limited until December 2030 at a rent of £750,000 per annum.  The transaction reflected a net initial yield of 6.49% and a price per sq ft of £252.
