MK2 Building Consultancy acted and advised a purchaser in undertaking a Technical Due Diligence inspection and report on an Aston Martin Showroom totalling an area of 25,000 sq ft and an overall site of 1.52 acres. We provided advice to our client on associated legal matters, building defects,  structural assessment and statutory compliance. Additionally we engaged support from a Mechanical and Electrical consultant to assist with the high services specification within the property. The report greatly assisted the purchaser in their negotiations.

As part of the service, we carried our a Fire Insurance Reinstatement Valuation and turned around the full report within five working days.
