Acting on behalf of Nurton Developments in a joint venture with a private family, MK2 Real Estate has successfully advised on the acquisition of Aspect Court, a prime city centre office and retail refurbishment in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.  Prominently located on the corner of Temple Row and Bull Street the building extends to just over 30,000 sq ft and is currently let to a number of retail tenants including, Forbidden Planet and A-Plan Insurance.  The upper floor offices are currently vacant and the purchaser is planning a major refurbishment to create modern grade A office accommodation.  The price paid was £3.45million.
