Acting on behalf of the landlord, MK2 advised on the January 2020 rent review on a 25,332 sq ft warehouse on Charles Way in Nottingham. A 3% uplift was agreed from the level set two years earlier when MK2 advised on the January 2018 rent review.
In 2018, the lease provided for a minimum uplift, and MK2 secured an uplift in excess of this. A new rent of £134,355 per annum was agreed which reflects a 32% rental increase.
