PM TEAM WINS QUARTET OF CITY CENTRE OFFICE INSTRUCTIONS

MK2’s property management team has won a quartet of office instructions in Birmingham city centre. 

The team has been appointed to manage Livery Place, 85-89 Colmore Row, 57-63 Church Street and 55 Temple Row and will be providing a mix of service charge management and rent collection services.

Collectively, the buildings comprise circa 200,000 sq ft of office space, with additional ground floor retail space at 55 Temple Row.
