MK2 successfully advised, LCP Properties in relation to the April 2016 rent review on a manufacturing and distribution unit of 72,000 sqft let to Boss Design on The Pensnett Estate, Kingswinford. The matter was referred to third party and the arbitrator awarded a significant rental increase of £149,000 per annum (63%). LCP were delighted with the oiutcome as the award was 25% higher than the figure offered by the tenant’s agent.
