How MK2 Real Estate scaled a £1.5 billion Property Management portfolio using Yardi's real estate software

MK2's Property Management team was recently the focus of a case study by real estate software provider Yardi.

The team has been working with Yardi since 2017. Initially it wanted a platform that that could support its growth, streamline property operations and handle service charges and tenant management at scale.

Today, with more than £1.5 billion assets under management and 2,000+ tenants across the UK, Yardi remains core to the property management team's operations, helping manage everything from rent collection to client reporting.
