MK2 Real Estate acted on behalf of the Landlord, Royal London Asset Management, on 79,179 sq ft warehouse at Cardinal Point in Tamworth. The December 2017 rent review was agreed at a rent of £498,000 per annum which included a base rent and an expansion land rent.
At the same time as agreeing the rent review, MK2 Real Estate agreed a reversionary lease commencing on 25 September 2022 for 10 years subject to a day 1 rent review and a rent review at the 5th anniversary. There is a tenant break option in year 5.
